Chaparral Country Club is one of the country's finest golf courses.

The 18-hole "Chaparral" course at the Chaparral Country Club facility in Palm Desert, California features 4,000 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 60 . The course rating is 59.0 and it has a slope rating of 94 on Bermuda grass.  Designed by Ted Robinson, ASGCA, the Chaparral golf course opened in 1980.
